    Supported specifications, supplier availability, landed pricing and the exact saved proof for customer approval.

    Release with care.

    A separate owner review before manufacturing, followed by production and shipping coordination with the selected partner.

Product supply is our focus. Engineering, permitting, installation and site surveys are outside Sign Commerce’s scope.

We are evaluating wholesale, trade and white-label manufacturers for a small initial pilot. Our aim is to bring you clear requirements and customer-approved artwork, with the aim of adapting to your existing reseller process.

A few practical questions

No committed volume, automatic supplier release or agreed partner terms. Account approval and product qualification come first.

PARTNER Q&A / THE SHORT VERSION

What would Sign Commerce handle?

Our proposed role covers the customer brief, quote coordination, artwork approval and customer support. Manufacturing partners would produce and fulfill the orders they agree to accept.

Do partners need a new system?

We propose starting with your existing reseller ordering process. A custom integration is not a prerequisite for an initial pilot.

What volume and payment terms are expected?

We are a startup with no committed order volume. We propose discussing prepaid or card terms for initial orders, subject to mutual approval. Customer collection and supplier payment are separate.

How would shipping and claims work?

We are seeking blind shipping with neutral packaging. Label details, an authorized return address, tracking and written claims or reprint policies would be agreed before ordering. Sign Commerce would remain the customer’s support contact.
